Water – The Beverage YOUR Body Needs Most
Most people don’t think they need to worry about dehydration. To them, dehydration is something that only happens to travelers in the desert or in under-developed countries when they run out of water.
But there are two forms of dehydration, acute and chronic types. The acute form of dehydration occurs suddenly and is intense in nature. However, the symptoms of the chronic form is less obvious and recognizable. In fact, most people are suffering from chronic dehydration in the present day without realizing it, especially people living in modern cities.
YOUR BODY CRAVES FOR WATER CONSTANTLY!!!
We need to drink 8 glasses of water each day just to replace the water lost through normal body functions. So, you see how important good water is to our survival.
You can be drinking 8 glasses of water daily and still be dehydrated!
